Same Day Reservations

Late Arrivals
Reservations will be held no later than 4 PM on arrival date. If you plan to arrive later, please call us.
Deposits
A valid credit card is required for booking. Upon booking, the value of the first night stay will be charged as your deposit.
Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours of arrival. If you DO NOT cancel prior to 72 hours of scheduled arrival, your deposit will be non-refundable. Deposits for reservations made within the 72-hour cancellation policy window are non-refundable. We book sites many months in advance, and this policy helps us plan for guest arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
Early Departure
No refunds will be given for early departure.
Speed Limit
Maximum speed in the park is 5 mph.
Check-out
Check-out time for all sites (RVs and tents) is 12:00 noon.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.
Occupancy
Maximum of four adults per site. One vehicle and one tow are permitted per site. For an additional vehicle, an added charge of $4.50 per day will apply.
Pets
In order to maintain an atmosphere pleasant to all guests, no more than three pets per site are allowed. Pets must be leashed at all times and not left on-site while owner is absent. Aggressive dogs are not permitted in the park. Owners must see that on-going barking does not occur. Please pick up after your pet immediately. Waste bags are provided at stations located near the river walk.
Rest Rooms
Do not wash dishes, pets or clothing in the rest rooms. Please help us conserve water and keep our rest rooms clean.
Common Areas
Your cooperation in keeping rest rooms and common areas clean is appreciated. No smoking is allowed inside any buildings.
Fires
Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits.
Tents
Maximum four people (including children) per tent.
Military Discount
In appreciation for active duty and career-retired United States Armed Forces, RV sites are discounted to $25 per night.
